The Beatles Story - Home

Mathew Street

Mathew Street, or the Cavern Quarter as the area’s now known, is a mecca for everything Beatles-inspired. The Beatles-themed Hard Day’s Night Hotel and the world famous Cavern Club are just the start of the many musical locations worth a visit. The most recent addition is The Wall of Fame depicting Liverpool’s rightful place as the origin of more Number One records than any other city.

It’s a lively area to visit at any time of the day. There are lots of pubs in the area that were once frequented by John, Paul, George and Ringo. Have a pint at The Grapes Pub where the Fab4 would have a drink between gigs at the Cavern Club.
